Ehpro's Raptor sub ohm tank sports a base diameter of 25mm, and a height of 48.7mm including the resin wide bore drip tip. It has an e-liquid capacity of 4ml or 6ml with the included bubble glass tank section, so you won't be needing to fill this atomizer too often.
