Subtank Ni200 Coil Heads

The new Kanger Subtank Nickel Ni200 OCC Coils are now avaliable at a number of retailers. Fasttech has them for only $11.14 with FREE shipping and you can also get the from the USA for $15 plus shipping.

The new nickel Subtank coils were designed in a collaboration between Kangertech and Vapor shark, the goal was to design a replacement coils that can be used with the temperature control on DNA40 devices. These Subtank Nickel OCC Coils feature pure organic Japanese cotton wicks and 0.15 ohm coils wrapped from pure Nickel (NI-200) wire. When you use these with a DNA40 device you will be able to set limits on how hot you want your coils to get. The silicone ring on the bottom of these coils has been changed to blue so you can easily tell them apart from regular kanthal OCC coil heads.

I think this is great, it will allow the masses to try the new temperature control feature available on more devices everyday. Here are the latest DNA40 device deals I’ve Posted:

Do you think these will work with the SMOK M80 Plus?

  • Don Brown 04/25/2015

These work awesome on the Vaporshark RDNA 40. Bought a Hana Mod clone with a Dna40 chip from Fasttech and tried the coils on it and they didn’t work. I found out it was the Hana clone not the coils. These coils are good on the subtank mini but burned one up @ 40watts temping @ 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Overall they work but not what they’re rated at watt wise.

Will these work with the krager sub tank plus?

  • Dan 09/09/2015

Nickel is a carcinogen. This coil is a very bad idea. Nickel isn’t used for cooking food for a reason, why the heck would you make a coil out of such a metal regardless of its abilities to be used in temperature control. Go back to the drawing board Kanger/Vaporshark and remove this dangerous item from the market.

Will the Kanger .12 coils work with the new Innokin 60w MVP?

  • Tyler 12/03/2015

These should work appropriately with a Kanger KBOX MOD 120W I’d imagine?
