The IPV2x is an upgraded version of the IPV2 and has a power output of 60 watts instead of the original 50 watts. Other upgrades include 5 memory settings, larger firing switch, and a thicker inner shell secured by 4 screws. The IPV2x also uses the YiHi SX330v2s microprocessor and can be adjusted from 7 to 60 watts in o.1 watt increments. Another cool feature on IPV2 mods is the touch sensor firing switch, just place your finger over the sensor to fire the device.

With the IPV2x you can fire atomizer from 0.2ohm to 3.0ohms and to ensure a solid connection it also has a spring loaded 510 center pin. All the IPV2 box mods (including the IPV2x) have been very popular with the vaping community and they were even included on the best box mod list of 2015.

Most vendors overprice this model , the big auction site has shown prices from $71.00 and up on these so the prices above are not bad .

Definitely a solid mod and seriously worth considering at the lower price ranges , i wouldn’t pay what most vendors are asking for it though , especially when you can pick up a Sig 150 watt for $89.00 at many vendors now.

Very good point Nathan , you always make good points though lol. I just think the lower wattage devices should not be priced close to the price of much more popular and higher watt devices thats all.

Seems the pricing always depends on how popular the mod happens to be at the time and not what a reasonable price should be for it based on what other devices are priced at on the market.

I have seen the 35 watt iPV priced in the $80.00 + range on some sites when the 50 watt is priced only a few dollars higher .

When the iPV 35 watt started taking a big sales hit you saw it’s price drop to what it should of been priced at all along , in the mid $50.00 range.
